A young leader and volunteer with extensive experience in social, educational, and youth empowerment programs at the local, national, and international levels. She began her career with the Red Cross's school-based educational brigades, where she developed her passion for community work and social action. She has benefited from local projects such as "Powerful Women Without Capes: Stories of Women from the South," focused on the participation and influence of women in the southern neighborhoods of Barranquilla. Nationally, she has participated in initiatives such as +Women +Science +Equity, the Pacific Alliance Virtual Volunteer Program 2022, the Second Summit of Black, Afro-Colombian, Raizal, and Palenquero Peoples, and training programs in bilingualism, human rights, and project development with a gender and participatory approach (Fontur, MinComercio, OEI, Minciencias). Internationally, she has been selected for programs such as Girls for Girls Latam, Global Cities Challenge (Your Big Year), and the Aspire Institute. Her career reflects a constant commitment to youth leadership, gender equality, and the creation of training and advocacy opportunities for young people, especially in Barranquilla.
