I wanted to share with you an initiative I'm participating in as an Advisor: Comunidad al Empleo (Community to Employment), a program by Eidos Global and Accenture that seeks to generate more job opportunities and strengthen the link between talent and companies.

From Community to Employment We work alongside companies and HR teams that seek to promote more inclusive, humane talent practices aligned with the current challenges of the working world.

In that sense, we are conducting a survey to understand the main challenges that companies face today in relation to talent, skills, and the development of their teams.

We would like to hear from you. The survey is brief, and your answers will help us gain a better understanding of the current needs of organizations.

The company that completes the survey will receive 5 scholarships for Skills Camp, a self-managed training for HR professionals that seeks to develop strategic, ethical and practical criteria to incorporate Artificial Intelligence responsibly into talent management.
