About

Comunidad al Empleo (Community for Employment) is a regional initiative driven by Eidos Global with the support of Accenture Global. Its purpose is to reduce barriers to accessing formal employment and improve the career paths of people in Latin America (including Mexico) through training, mentoring, and corporate networking. It has two guiding goals: to improve the employability of 10,000 people in Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Mexico) who belong to vulnerable populations, and to have 100 HR teams participate in the Community of Allied Companies for Employability.
