A leading woman from Barranquilla, Colombia, and a 31-year-old lawyer, she has dedicated her professional life to managing and developing social projects focused on the youth of the Atlántico department. She is the Founder and Director of the organization "Conozco y Actúo" (I Know and Act), which promotes youth leadership and entrepreneurship. Her leadership has been recognized in various spheres, where she has even received support and encouragement for her initiatives, such as from the Barranquilla Chamber of Commerce, which won the "Imagina tu ciudad" (Imagine Your City) competition in the Quality Education category with her project "Conociendo y Aprendiendo de Barranquilla" (Knowing and Learning about Barranquilla). She was also one of the national winners of LISA, the "Laboratorio de Innovatorio Social Adaptativo" (Adaptive Social Innovation Laboratory), which strengthens social change projects created by young people. She also won the first "Nuestra Barranquilla" competition, an independent initiative of the Botnar Foundation, the Corona Foundation, and Diseño Público, with her project "The 3 Cs: Know, Connect, and Collaborate." She was selected to attend the Global Opportunity Youth Network in 2022, representing the youth of Barranquilla. She has also been part of the Global Shapers Community, a World Economic Forum initiative, serving as Vice Curator for the 2023-2024 period, and is currently an alumna of the Leaders Network.
