About this letter as a testimony to Manada for the commitment it has had in finding new ways to put entrepreneurship in motion through share proposals that invite the entrepreneur to take advantage of the tools to grow.

As an entrepreneur, I would like to express my opinion on entrepreneurship in Mexico, firstly, reiterating that it is not easy and that finding spaces for support requires a lot since it is usually under competitive schemes.

Naturally, the market works under this last type of scheme, but there have been no new ties in the entrepreneurial world. How do we manage to generate the socioeconomic conditions to work together as entrepreneurs? Of course, each one under his individual project, but with collective support, as Manada has in mind.

It is a reality in Mexico that socio-political and economic systems have made it difficult for the new generations to be able to have peace of mind in retirement at an older age in their lives, so, if entrepreneurship has already begun to grow a few years ago, it will now be more intrinsic than ever; Mexicans themselves will begin to contribute to the national economy and there will be more presence of Mexican companies than international ones.

Based on the experiences I have had in my life, dedication and great effort are necessary, as well as knowledge of information and legalities, but above all resilience and teamwork are what allow growth agreements between individuals united by a project motivated towards change.

With care and honesty, I leave this brief testimony to be read and used with weight to grant you one of the several exit points for Manada.

Sincerely
