Pablo Yanes, Former research coordinator at ECLAC-Mexico Economist and master in Government and Public Affairs from UNAM. Speaker at diploma courses, seminars and conferences on social policy, inequality, poverty, policy evaluation, social exclusion, gender perspective, human rights, citizen income and indigenous rights in Mexico and abroad. From 1994 to 1998 he served as Deputy Director of Legal Anthropology of the Justice Procurement Directorate of the National Indigenous Institute (INI). In 1995 and 1996 he was part of the INI delegation in the peace talks with the Zapatista National Liberation Army (EZLN). Later, 14 years in the Government of Mexico City, where he was General Director of Equity and the Social Development Evaluation Council. In addition, for 11 years he worked at the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), at the subregional headquarters in Mexico.
