Paulina has a Master's degree in Peace, Conflict and Development from the Jaume I University in Spain (UNESCO Chair in Philosophy for Peace) and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Western Institute of Technology and Higher Studies of Guadalajara (ITESO). He has a Certification in the Design of Restorative Practices (International Institute of Restorative Justice and Law). He has been part of the CCC team since 2014, where he has been in charge of the coordination, design and implementation of participatory processes for the construction of public policies and multi-actor dialogue processes, on issues related to the human rights agenda and justice and in the sustainable development agenda in Mexico. Paulina has been a teacher at the Bachelor's level and in various diploma courses and specializations in Mexico, and has implemented processes to strengthen the capacities of civil organizations, government and private actors on issues related to conflicts, collaborative processes, action without harm, effective communication, political advocacy. and participation, among others.
