Nilton Clécio da Silva Patrício, Coordinator of Fundo Territórios Transformadores operates under the acronym (FTT) Postgraduate in People Management and bachelor's degree in Computer Science. For more than 15 years he was involved in promoting actions that promote the social inclusion of youth. Coming from a highly vulnerable community, he stands out for the improvement achieved through opportunities and dedication. He is the creator of the Personal Map - an algorithm that observes and correlates behaviors, temperaments and talents - a solution that has helped many young people and adults make decisions more aligned with their profiles. As Coordinator at the Global Opportunity Youth Network (GOYN), he seeks to expand the impacts of the program so that more lives are transformed
