She holds a degree in Economics from the Escuela Superior de Economía (ESE) of the Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN). She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Economic Sciences in the Postgraduate Studies Section-IPN. In her academic and research career, she has focused on the analysis of the productive structure, labor productivity, and studies on the care economy. In 2021, she was part of the Pacific Summer of Scientific and Technological Research, doing a stay at the Center for Research and Social, Economic and Market Studies of the Private Sector (CIESEM), where she developed a characterization of the productive sector of the Maya Mam population. In 2022, she carried out a stay at the Interdisciplinary Center for Research and Studies on Environment and Development (CIIEMAD), where she developed an analysis of labor productivity in companies with collaborative schemes. Currently, she is part of the Research Group on Care Economy and Economic Autonomy (GIECAE). Her graduate thesis focuses on the study of the indirect paid care market.
