He Council to Prevent and Eliminate Discrimination of Mexico City (COPRED) issued the call for registration at “Training laboratory for good labor inclusion practices”, which had a deadline of September 30 and, in which, with the help of experts in diversity and Inclusion, support will be given to create labor inclusion projects in business spaces.
The Laboratory has the objective of providing specialized training in equality and non-discrimination and training in the design, implementation and evaluation of business projects, for the creation and implementation of labor inclusion projects in companies.
Through this project, economic incentives will be granted to the 10 people who are selected with the objective of encouraging their participation in the training process and the development of labor inclusion projects.
The “Laboratory for training good labor inclusion practices” has the specific objectives of:
- Facilitate awareness-raising and training processes on issues of equality, non-discrimination and labor inclusion so that participants strengthen their knowledge, skills and attitudes.
- Professionalize knowledge in equality and non-discrimination projects, with a human rights focus, gender perspective and intersectional approach, aimed at the labor inclusion of priority attention groups.
- Generate and present ideas for labor inclusion projects that help strengthen inclusion within companies and address discrimination at work.
10 people will be selected to be part of the project, the selection will be carried out by the committee made up of two people from the COPRED Technical Secretariat and one person from ADIL Diversity and Labor Inclusion.
The selected people will be part of a training process facilitated by experts in issues of Equality and non-discrimination in workplaces. These facilitators will be activists, consultants and company personnel with experience in implementing labor inclusion projects in the business environment.
The people selected to receive support for the development of Good Labor Inclusion Practices must be part of a training process that will be carried out over two weeks of intensive training, which will be divided into six modules. One module a day will be taught, three days a week.
