Co-founder of Ticket for Change-Mexico

Ticket for Change It is a new generation school and an international movement for change agents, entrepreneurs and corporate leaders who seek to give more meaning to their work and promote socio-environmental initiatives with their talents.

The movement began in Paris in 2014 with a group of young people who believed that everyone has talents and that we can change the world through our work. Therefore, our mission is to drive systemic change by harnessing the average 100,000 hours we dedicate to work throughout our lives, activating the talent of people who want to take action as agents of change.

Currently, our model is being disseminated internationally with local replicators in Mexico, Colombia, and Lebanon who use a systemic approach to transform educational and labor systems that generate precariousness, job disenchantment, limited access to higher education, little involvement in socio-environmental challenges, and opportunities for jobs of the future (green and sustainable jobs).

Through workshops, conferences, courses, events, volunteering, camps and tailor-made experiences we seek to:

  • Build trust and inspire (new) change agents.

  • Develop skills to accelerate the ecological and social transition that companies need.

  • Connecting with support networks to facilitate employability, professional development and influence on circular business models.

In addition to transmitting skills and knowledge in innovation, collective intelligence and sustainability, our methodologies prioritize inspiration, introspection and self-knowledge, adapting the content to our client and beneficiary profiles:

  • Young people & adults seeking to (re)define their purpose and (re)orient themselves towards socio-environmental careers and projects

  • Entrepreneurs who seek to move from idea to action, boosting their entrepreneurship with a circular and impactful model

  • Corporate leaders seeking to transform companies from within by driving innovation and sustainability initiatives
