On August 9, SERAJ AC and Fondo Semillas presented the innovative Flou financing fund, which seeks to contribute to the social, economic and environmental justice of young people and their environment. We share with you a summary of the most important points of the Flou Fund so that you are encouraged to participate. 

Who can apply? Collectives, organizations and/or networks of young people working for the rights of youth in the metropolitan area of the Valley of Mexico in the metropolitan area of the Valley of Mexico.

Is there limited capacity? Yes, 40 groups, collectives, organizations and/or networks of young people

What are the requirements?

  1. Be made up of three or more people, and the majority (more than 50%) are young people between 15 and 29 years of age.
  2. Be led by young people between 18 and 29 years of age.
  3. Working to defend the human rights of youth, prioritizing the promotion of their labor rights.
  4. Carry out actions in the metropolitan area of the Valley of Mexico, including all the municipalities of Mexico City and some municipalities of the State of Mexico (Xalatlaco, Ocoyoacac, Huixquilucan, Naucalpan, Tlalnepantla, Tultitlán, Coacalco, Ecatepec, Nezahualcóyotl, La Paz, Valle de Chalco Solidaridad, Chalco, Juchitepec).

How long does financing last? 17 months.
