He holds a degree in Political Science and Public Administration. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master's degree in Law from UNAM. He also studied gender equality at the Center for Gender Research and Studies at the same university. His career has focused on the design and implementation of public policies on gender equality, masculinity, and care. He was Deputy Director of Coordination at the National Institute for Women, where he contributed to the monitoring of substantive projects and activities of the General Directorate of National Policy on Equality and Women's Rights.
