Recently, a student told me something that I will never forget.<\/p>\n

\u201cTeacher, I study because I need to work\u2026 but I don\u2019t know if this is what I want to do for the rest of my life.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

That phrase kept going around in my head for days.<\/p>\n

Over time I understood something important:<\/p>\n

That phrase doesn't just refer to young people.<\/p>\n

It also talks about many adults.<\/p>\n

People who have been working for years, achieving goals, supporting families, accomplishing important things\u2026 but who, in silence, ask themselves an uncomfortable question:<\/p>\n

Does what I'm doing really make sense to me?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We live in a culture obsessed with production.<\/p>\n

They teach us to meet goals, achieve results, and move forward quickly.<\/p>\n

From a young age, we are asked a very common question:<\/p>\n

"What do you want to be when you grow up?"<\/em><\/p>\n

But they almost never ask us anything deeper:<\/p>\n

"Why do you want to be that?"<\/em><\/p>\n

We grow up learning to do, but not always to understand.<\/p>\n

And the result is right in front of us:<\/p>\n

Young people who study without clarity.<\/p>\n

Professionals who work offline.<\/p>\n

Leaders who achieve results\u2026 but feel empty.<\/p>\n

The world needs people who build, execute, and generate value.<\/p>\n

Productivity is necessary.<\/p>\n

But there is something we cannot ignore:<\/p>\n

Productivity gives you results.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Purpose gives you meaning.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And when those two disconnect, the cracks begin to appear.<\/p>\n

The reinvention crisis in your 30s.<\/p>\n

Existential doubts at 40.<\/p>\n

The silent questions at 50.<\/p>\n

People who studied something that no longer represents them.<\/p>\n

Successful professionals who feel a void that is difficult to explain.<\/p>\n

Leaders who \u201cachieved it all\u201d\u2026 but feel that something is missing.<\/p>\n

That's why today the conversation is no longer just about productivity.<\/p>\n

The real conversation is this:<\/p>\n

How do we unite purpose with productivity?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Because it's not just about guiding young people.<\/p>\n

It's about supporting an entire generation that is rethinking its life.<\/p>\n

We are living through a It was an era of human reinvention<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

And, in the midst of that reinvention, there is a key space where this conversation can begin again:<\/p>\n

education.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I'm talking about any place where a person once again asks themselves who they are and what they are here for.<\/p>\n

The education of the future cannot be limited to transferring technical skills.<\/p>\n

It cannot be limited to simply teaching how to do things.<\/p>\n

He needs to dare to create something deeper.<\/p>\n

It has to form an identity.<\/p>\n

It has to help build life projects.<\/p>\n

You have to help us answer a question that could change everything:<\/p>\n

What am I good for... who benefits from that anymore?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Because when a person connects with that answer, something changes.<\/p>\n

Discipline ceases to be an obligation and becomes a conviction.<\/p>\n

Effort ceases to be a burden and becomes a choice.<\/p>\n

Productivity ceases to be a pressure and becomes an expression.<\/p>\n

Purpose does not reduce productivity. Power<\/strong><\/p>\n

And that leaves us with some uncomfortable\u2026 but necessary questions:<\/p>\n

Are we working out of inertia or out of conviction?<\/p>\n

Are we living on autopilot or consciously?<\/p>\n

Are we filling agendas\u2026 or filling lives?<\/p>\n

I want to close with this.<\/p>\n

The future doesn't need more busy people.<\/p>\n

You need people who know Why do they do what they do?<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

And that is precisely the conversation we want to open at ALITIC:<\/p>\n
